HOW TO CHOOSE THE SUITABLE SIZE AS BEST?

In order to adjust the size that is right for you, measure yourself and compare your dimensions with the dimensions given on the product page. Each dimension is given loosely and after stretching the material (from - to). For mor information visit the subpage "Fitting room".

 

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE FOR HOW TO USE IT?

In a very simple way, on the side of each offered product here is a discount icon Rabat, after clicking on it, enter your discount code and click Check price, if the code is correct, the price of the item will be recalculated automatically. IF I BUY MORE PRODUCTS DO I PAY FOR THE SHIPMENT ONLY ONCE?

Yes but all courier packages can not exceed 2kg, in one package you can not order more than 3 items in one order.

Discounts do not combine with other promotions such as Happy Day (during the Happy Day discounts are inactive).

CAN I REPLACE THE PRODUCT FOR ANY OTHER?

Exchanges are possible only in Poland within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Orders placed outside of Poland are entitled to a 14-day refund which is counted from the customer's receipt of the order. For more information flease visit this subpage "Exchange od goods".

 

CAN I RETURN THE GOODS?

WHEN I WILL RECEIVE A MONEY RETURN FOR RETURNED GOODS?

Returns are made within 14 calendar days, but in most cases returns are made much faster.

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER IN OTHER CURRENCY THAN PLN?

Yes there are there options for making such a payment: Card, PayPal or through the transfer24 website.

The first and most recommended option is to choose payment by Card: Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. Thanks to it you can pay the order in your currency quickly and easily and the BlueMedia system will convert it into PLN. Payment is usually made up to 15 minutes and you will be notified by e-mail about its arrival.

The second option is payment via PayPal. Payments in this option are practically immediate and the following currencies are supported: USD, AUD, BRL, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PHP, PLN, RUB , SEK, SGD, THB, TWD. The third payment option which works in the case of payment selection: traditional transfer and payments in the following currencies: Euro (€), British Pound (£) or Norwegian Krone (Kr), it is possible to use the service "Transfer24.eu". The first transfer is free, you pay in the selected currency and the system will convert the amount into PLN. Transfers are usually carried out up to 24 hours.
